**REPORTS TO**: Credit Manager

**MAIN PURPOSE**: Collect Receivables

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Contacts customers to collect monies owing to Morbern Inc. and affiliates.
- Applies payments and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Processes credit memos
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Assist with the tracking of in-transit purchases
- And other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION REQUIRED**:

- Minimum grade 12 diploma.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
