**Monthly Salary Range**: MoveUp Group 09, MIN $5,902.00 - MAX $7,089.00 is available through annual general wage/step increases.

**Recruitment Range**: MIN $5,902 - STEP 3 $6,559.

**What you'll be doing...**:
While the IT Project Coordinator reports to the Supervisor, Technology Projects in IT, this role will primarily support the Operations Division. In addition to ensuring IT project success by providing coordination and administrative support to project managers, the Project Coordinator will directly support the Director, Operational Improvement to coordinate and support operational improvement initiatives.

Under the direction of a project manager or the Director, Operational Improvement, the Project Coordinator is expected to perform tasks that range from the simple to more complex.

This role may be asked to support administrative tasks such as creating meeting agendas, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel, or to support project management activities, such as updating project schedules, financials, and other documentation, contract administration, and completing project status updates.

This role has a lot of variety, and you should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and switching between different tasks when required. You will also be directly communicating with people across the organization, so proactive, professional communication skills are a must.
