SWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties across North America.

Founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs, investors, and energy professionals, SWTCH had a vision of enabling communities to realize the social, economic, and environmental benefits of widespread EV adoption. Since then, its EV charging and energy management solutions have been installed in hundreds of multifamily buildings, 50 percent of which are classified as low-to-moderate income. By leveraging the latest technology available, SWTCH is making EV charging possible for all buildings.

With a growing base of clients across North America, SWTCH is currently looking for opportunities to deepen our market penetration across Canada and the United States.

**Job Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Executive Support_
- Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Office Management_
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Communication and Coordination_
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional communication.
- Event Coordination_
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Assist in organizing industry conferences and exhibitions.
- Administrative Support_
- Provide administrative assistance such as drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling confidential information.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
