Marketplace Sponsored Products Specialist Are you excited by all thing’s media and advertising? As best buy ads and our tech marketplace continues to grow, we are looking for the best and brightest retail media and advertising professionals to join our team. The marketplace seller sponsored products specialist is responsible for helping sellers maximize their best buy ecommerce sales through sponsored products advertising. At our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC, we practice a remote-first working model leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative and social purposes. What you’ll do: - Onboard new Sellers into the Sponsored Products program, helping them setup their first campaign and teaching best practices for campaign success. - Manage Sponsored Products campaigns for assigned Sellers, working with Sellers and Seller Success Managers to setup and optimize campaigns to ensure we meet or exceed Seller goals. - Act as a "go-to" expert on Sponsored Products and the Criteo Retail Media Platform for our Marketplace team. - Delve into campaign data and work in-platform to optimize clicks, CPCs, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, SOV, product visibility and campaign pacing. - Support and educate Sellers and internal Seller Success Managers on Sponsored Products via presentations, webinars, teach-outs, business reviews, and one-on-one support. - Seek opportunities to grow advertising revenue and cultivate strong relationships in support of Marketplace ecommerce growth. What we’re looking for: - 3+ years digital advertising, retail media and/or Marketplace seller support experience. - Hands-on-keyboard experience with retail media or digital marketing platforms (e.g. Amazon Ads, Criteo, Google, Meta etc.). - Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments and in service of clients. - Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
