Head of eCommerce & Marketplace Manager - Consumer Packaged GoodsAt Pearl West , we don’t just manage brands—we own them. And we’re looking for people who’ve owned the number .Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Marketplace Manager to drive revenue growth across Amazon, TikTok Shops, and other high‑conversion marketplaces. You’ll own everything from listings to paid media to inventory coordination. If you know how to squeeze every ounce of performance from marketplaces, this is your sandbox.This is a full‑time, remote‑first position focused on driving P&L impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and Execute the Growth Strategy for Each Marketplace. Develop and implement tailored growth plans for Amazon and TikTok Shop—leveraging data, trends, and category insights to drive sales, visibility, and profitability.Deeply Understand Platform Algorithms, Buyer Behavior & Sales Mechanics. Stay ahead of changes in marketplace algorithms, ad platforms, SEO, ranking systems, and consumer trends to outmaneuver competitors and increase organic and paid performance.Lead Cross‑Functional Growth Initiatives. Partner with creative, supply chain, operations, and performance marketing teams to align content, inventory, fulfillment, and advertising toward aggressive revenue goals.Optimize Product Lifecycle from Launch to Scaling. Oversee new product launch strategy, listing optimization, review acquisition, pricing, bundling, and re‑ranking campaigns to maximize success throughout a product’s life.Continuously Analyze Data to Identify Growth Levers. Monitor performance dashboards, uncover actionable insights, and execute rapid test‑and‑learn cycles to increase traffic, improve conversion, and reduce inefficiencies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Marketplace Revenue Growth – Measures overall sales performance and year‑over‑year channel growth across platforms.Profitability per Channel – Tracks contribution margins after ad spend, fees, fulfillment, and discounts to ensure sustainable scaling.Operational Efficiency – Includes inventory health, fulfillment speed, return rates, and listing issue resolution.Listing & Content Optimization Performance – Evaluates product visibility, conversion rates, keyword ranking, and content accuracy.Advertising Effectiveness – Focuses on campaign ROI, ad cost control (ACOS/TACoS), and sales impact driven by paid traffic.Required Skills & QualificationsMust‑Have Skills:Proven experience scaling marketplace revenue across Amazon and/or TikTok Shops.Familiarity with keyword research, listing optimization, and ad management.Strong understanding of P&L drivers and marketplace algorithms.Excellent organization and communication skills.Nice‑to‑Have Skills:Experience with aggregators, brand rollups, or fast‑scaling eCom brands.Working knowledge of tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or Perpetua.Experience & Education:3+ years managing marketplace channels for consumer brands.Degree not required—execution results matter most.Who Should Apply?✅ Apply if you:Know how to scale on Amazon and TikTok Shops with speed and precision.Are analytical but decisive—you make calls that move revenue.Thrive in ownership‑first environments.You’ve never launched or scaled marketplace listings from scratch.You’re intimidated by aggressive growth goals.Why Join Us?Growth & Career Development: Drive P&L for 8‑figure brands.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay, equity potential.Unique Perks: Startup‑like energy, but with serious capital and scale.Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience.Bonus/Commission: Performance‑based + potential equity.Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid.Perks: Amazon & TikTok test budget, flexible PTO, team offsites.In the last 12 months, what incremental gross revenue did your strategies add on Amazon (or TikTok Shop) for a single brand? *What is the most significant number of SKUs you have handled for a brand or group of brands? *Inventory projection error: Run‑rate shows a 10‑day stock‑out on a hero SKU.
