**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate employee scheduling at projects, project schedules, resources, and information to ensure smooth workflow.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare scheduling and updates to our clients
- Review blueprints and project specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain organized project documentation for efficient access and sharing.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Support the project managers in various administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in construction management software and willingness to learn our own systems
- Experience in Window and Door/Glazing related business an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills.
- Proven time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of project coordination.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
