As a Sales Consultant at Volvo Cars Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for Volvo cars. You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions. This role requires a strong passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements, preferences, and budget to assist them in selecting the most suitable Volvo car model.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Volvo car models, features, specifications, and available options. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the car-buying process. Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services to help customers make well-informed decisions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty. Follow up with potential leads and maintain regular communication to provide ongoing support and address any concerns or questions.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealership. Proactively seek new sales opportunities, including reaching out to potential customers, conducting test drives, and presenting compelling offers.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience at all times. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, working collaboratively with the dealership team to resolve any issues.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through regular training sessions and self-directed learning initiatives.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other sales consultants, managers, and support staff to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to the overall success of Volvo Cars Hamilton.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service is advantageous.

Automotive Knowledge: Passion for cars and a strong interest in the automotive industry. Familiarity with Volvo cars or luxury car brands is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, present product information, and negotiate sales terms.

Customer-Centric Approach: A strong customer service mindset with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and understand customer needs to deliver personalized solutions.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust, reliability, and consistent follow-up.

Time Management: Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, digital tools, and other sales-related technology to manage customer interactions, maintain records, and generate reports.

Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Hamilton, ON L9B 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
