**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Process transactions accurately using the TMS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
- Organize and maintain the workspace for efficiency and cleanliness.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Experience in logistics will be a benefit
- Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
