Partner Success Program and Enablement Specialist

Overview:
Partner Success Program and Enablement specialist empower N-able Partner Success and Operational leadership with day-to-day support, as well as decision-making process improvement. This is achieved through resolving how-to inquiries, investigating inefficiencies, helping to standardize best practices, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Working collaboratively with the Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, Business Applications, Finance, and Marketing organizations internally, the Partner Success Insight specialist will drive efficiency, awareness, and adherence across Partner Success functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day coordination of Partner Success Enablement programs including but not limited to campaign kickoffs, skills development, and product education
- Resolve problems proactively through process, automation, and systems improvement
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to create, customize, and deploy Partner Success Enablement assets, such as eLearning modules, assessments, surveys, job aids, and other enablement collateral
- Manage training communications, logistics, scheduling, and attendance and completion reporting
- Administer the LMS, other internal learning systems, and maintain learning program catalogs
- Assist the team with ad-hoc communication sessions and workshops
- Own Partner Success tool administration and optimization
- Create, deploy, and manage program feedback and evaluations, including interviews, surveys, and assessments.
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to visualize insights to help shape strategy and identify process breakdowns
- Work with leadership in prioritizing development backlog and interfacing with various teams on executing those asks
- Address individual queries on proper steps in internal processes or tooling
- Interview and survey various teams within the Partner Success organization to understand frontline pain points for better prioritization
- Create and analyze basic Salesforce reporting to help steer processes

Qualifications:

- Project Management: able to prioritize, scope, plan, and execute on multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment. Able to independently move multiple tasks forward and deliver on time.
- Technical Fluency: an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Intermediate level competency collecting and organizing information and data using various software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems, Captivate, etc.
- Communication: ability to create reports and organize information and data to tell stories; strong sense of how to logically and efficiently organize data and convey the findings in an accessible, concise, informative way both visually and verbally
- Results-orientation: ability to prioritize work and proactively solve problems by projecting bottlenecks and recommending work-arounds; demonstrates operational excellence by relentlessly focusing on repeatable, scalable processes
