**What You'll Do**
Beyond providing the best cybersecurity for our partners and their customers, our mission is to empower our partners to reach their revenue and service delivery goals, to support and guide them along their cybersecurity journey, and to act transparently and fairly within a true partnership model. Field Effect’s Partner Momentum Program is designed to support partners in their journey to becoming the best cybersecurity providers to their customers.
The Partner Program Manager will be responsible for the management & execution of Field Effect’s global Partner Momentum Program. In addition to the partner programs, the Partner Program Manager will manage and document partner program element such as partner tiering, marketing development fund, deal registration, partner onboarding, partner advisory council. In this role, you will collaborate at senior levels of the Sales, Finance, Marketing and other organizations and drive alignment around specific partner programs within the organization.
As a Partner Program Manager, you will:
- Collaborate across teams to gather requirements for Programs
- Build and manage Partner Momentum Program elements including the Program Guide, MDF Program, Deal Registration Program, Onboarding Program, PAC Program etc.
- Design program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc.
- Together with Sales Operations, manage the overall partner experience including design changes for the partner portal.
- Manage communications to the Partners via portal, newsletters, webcasts etc. Lead the development of messaging and content for partner events such as Partner Sales Kick-off and Partner Advisory Council.
- Document policies and processes to support all aspects of the program, including rules of engagement and enable global execution
- Design & launch program enablement on Partner Program, Rules of Engagement, Deal Reg, How to Partner, etc. Collaborate in the development of program enablement materials
- Collect and manage feedback from partners into the ongoing roadmap for the Partner Program.
- Work cross functionally with sales operations, marketing, finance, enablement and technical teams to secure, operationalize and manage all the committed benefits to the partners.
- Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process
- Individual role specific areas of expertise include, SMB / MM segment, partner types (e.g. MSPs, Resellers, Distributors, Integrators etc), communications / portal, regions / emerging markets, etc.
**Skills & experience we look for**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated progressive experience in Partner Programs
- Experience building and managing a partner program, preferably in the IT space
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Great project & program management skills
- Ability to leverage, manage & lead virtual teams
