ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software. You will be involved in developing programs and materials that enable Client’s partners to be successful in service delivery and reselling software. You will work closely with business development, services and marketing departments to ensure success and alignment of all special projects, portals and systems, communications and marketing programs directed at partners and end user client market in association with partners. General responsibilities Helping coordinate or align elements of service product deliverables, training, communications and ensure support and management of partners which are aligned. The creation of marketing materials and educational materials directed at partner resources. Managing communications and updates on new offerings, solutions, cases from client to the partners. Managing the creation, content and maintenance of systems supporting partners including portals. Reporting on metrics of the partner program. Other duties / responsibilities as requested. Requirements Either Intermediate (2+) or Senior (5+) years experience in the software industry preferably in marketing or business development / channel program support. Proven success in creating and executing marketing programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated project management experience. Makes suggestions for improving work processes. Nice to have Experience with virtualization technologies would be an asset but not required. Degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred.
