- This job is available starting in April and continues through August/September. There may be an opportunity to remain into the fall.
- 40 hours per week
- $20 per hour

**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working closely with the Service Writer to ensure customer satisfaction. The duties include:

- Collecting customer and RV information
- Identifying the concerns of the customer
- Preparing work orders
- Communicating with technicians
- Collecting payment
- Ordering parts
- Organizing, pricing, and stocking parts displays
- Light cleaning duties

**Requirements**:

- Must be an excellent communicator: English language - verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills: Friendly and outgoing
- Organized and neat
- Self starter: takes initiative and can work independently
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Some RV (Trailer and Motorhome) knowledge is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
