**Summary**

RAY-Z Plumbing & Heating is a fast growing company providing high quality full-fledged Plumbing & HVAC services in Alberta. We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team at our Calgary office. This role is crucial in dealing with our valued clients providing exceptional customer service including performing some administrative tasks. Based in Calgary, Alberta, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency in dealing with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learning company products and services quickly
- Accurately enter and process customer requests to the existing company system.
- Provide product and service information and other customer service-related questions.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure timely customer request fulfilment.
- Filing documents both in hard copy and electronically, according to company procedures.
- Attend team meetings and continued training sessions, seminars or team building activities.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to your team lead or manager when necessary.
- Making service calls to customer if follow ups are required
- Coordinating and interacting with contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Collecting payments from customers when service is done by the technicians.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of the services provided by the company.
- Verifying invoices received from the suppliers and forwarding invoices to accounting dept. for payment

**Requirements**:

- 5 + years of full-time customer service experience with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
- Strong team worker.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written in English)
- Order Desk/Front Desk: 3 years (required)

Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year based on experiences
