As a Customer Service Agent at Toonie Tours, you will play a key role in safeguarding the smooth operation of our tour bookings and delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll be responsible for maintaining communication with our guides, business partners, and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and satisfied. You’ll act as the focal point for customer calls, providing premium service and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

You’ll be working on-site at our Calgary Retail Office.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and safeguard the correct functioning of all tour bookings.
- Keep guides, business partners, customers, and the internal team informed of any updates.
- Handle inbound customer calls with exceptional telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Provide premium service to customers and partners by addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Review and monitor all activity related to ongoing tours and new sales opportunities.
- Support business sales opportunities, actively selling and negotiating during inbound calls.
- Assist the team with various customer service tasks and contribute to overall company success.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in a related field.
- Exquisite English (mandatory) and Spanish language skills (preferred).
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and excellent tolerance to stress.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience or studies related to tourism, sales, or customer service.
- Additional languages (French, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**Work Schedule**:
We are for the following specific scheduling requirements:

- 4 days - 12 hour shifts
- 4 days - Off

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
