**Digital Marketing Manager**

The DMM liaises with clients, both current and prospective, and understands client needs. They take client goals and turn them into digital strategies, then work with production teams to make those strategies come to life. The DMM also works closely with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure client expectations are met (or exceeded) and all deliverables are on track. The DMM works hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director and, at times, other cross-functional leads, to ensure the Digital Marketing department is running smoothly and to develop solutions to any potential obstacles.
- At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience spanning a variety of areas.
- They are strategic and understand digital marketing from a high level (ability to execute across digital platforms is not required, but a plus).
- They are a strong leader with bias for action and keen ability to get things done.
- They are comfortable both delegating and getting hands-on when necessary.
- They have a growth mindset and enjoy learning new concepts and skills.
- They love to solve problems and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Experience with Google Suite of products is a must (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc).
- Experience with Google Analytics is also required.
