**Position**:Driver Recruiter

**Location: Calgary, AB**

**Type of Employment**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday

What to Expect

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Advertise and source Driver, and Broker career opportunities online and through print media externally
- Schedule road evaluations for Drivers and Brokers with our EHS Specialist to evaluate driving capabilities
- Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment tests and criminal background checks
- Collaborate with the EHS Department to ensure all required new hire documentation is obtained
- Schedule and confirm qualified drivers for orientation and onboarding
- Provide pay package information to new drivers
- Host and attend job fairs, trade shows, and other driver recruiting networking events
- Must travel to other provincial branches as required
- Support the HR team on all recruitment based initiatives
- Support west Prairies locations
- Perform other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ years in a similar recruitment role. Driver and Broker focused recruitment is an asset.
- Knowledge of Human Resource
- A solid understanding of Transportation and Supply Chain
- Advanced Leadership competencies
- Experience in supporting cross functional relationships
- Great vision and a matching of our companies values
