**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume driver roles (e.g., Class 1, Class 3, Owner-Operators, Company Drivers) across in Western Canada.
- **Corporate Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment office staff roles, including Dispatchers, Operations Support, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals, and Administrative staff as required.
- **Sourcing and Strategy**: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the driver market, utilizing job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
- **Driver Onboarding**: Coordinate and manage the pre-employment and initial onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., driver abstracts, safety qualifications, orientation scheduling) is completed efficiently and accurately before their start date.
- **ATS Management**: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and generating recruitment reports.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner closely with Managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and specific requirements for each role/location.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant Post-Secondary Education (Diploma or Degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field combined with a minimum 3 years of experience in a dedicated recruitment role.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting high-volume field positions. Experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry is preferred.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of the Western Canadian transportation market, including provincial regulations and competitive landscapes is considered an asset.
- Prior experience with generalist Human Resources functions (e.g., employee relations, onboarding, performance management, basic HR policy) is preferred.
