We are currently seeking a **Site Administrator**, based in the **Fort Saskatchewan or Edmonton area**, to support an **industrial turnaround project** at a client site in Fort Saskatchewan. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected team and make a meaningful impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process electronic timesheets based on field data
- Input timesheet data into SAP and client system (Track)
- Reconcile payroll hours across systems
- Maintain and update crew lists and employee files
- Resolve payroll-related issues and process terminations
- Prepare daily force reports and assist with LEM and invoicing
- Support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor with administrative tasks and reporting

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required
- 2-4 years of administrative experience in a construction or industrial setting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word; experience with SAP and Maximo is an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a customer service mindset
