To assist the general manager complete administrative tasks for McKiernan.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Receptionist:

- Respond to Instagram DM’s on the McKiernan page
- Answer the phone at McKiernan, and take/respond to any messages

Reservationist:

- Manage reservations for the restaurant in OpenTable

Office manager
- Conduct weekly sectional inventories for the FoH
- Processing orders of all restaurant and office supplies.
- Menu maintenance
- Reprinting when new items are added
- Reprinting when current menus are worn
- POS upkeep
- Ensuring the POS systems at McKiernan are always organized and up to date.
- Digital asset management
- Ensuring the maintenance of all digital assets including Google Drive. Making sure folders and files are kept up to date, organized and clean.
- Assist with payroll related tasks such as preparing, reviewing and submitting payroll prior to processing every two weeks.
- Assist with bookkeeping related tasks such as
reviewing, processing and submitting supplier invoices on a weekly basis.
- Conducting a comprehensive monthly inventory of all FoH assets

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
