**The Opportunity**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the client experience related to personal lines insurance. You will manage policy changes, endorsements, claims and other client inquires with precision and professionalism.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Conduct policy changes and endorsements for clients
- Answer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office in person
- Assist clients with reporting claims to the insuring company
- Respond to carrier requests for information on existing policies
- Able to complete an ITV on system for property policies
- Use an ARS system to provide quotes to insureds
- Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Work closely with other departments to service client requests

- Possesses a RIBO License in good standing, or if unlicensed must be willing to obtain within the first three months of employment.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
- Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
- Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Approaches learning and professional development with enthusiasm
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience
