**The Opportunity**

The Billing Administrator will be primarily responsible for all tasks associated with billing and customer service transactions. This position will work as a function of the Hometown Care Branch of the Customer Service team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Personal lines and Farm and Commercial billing
- Pathway requests & campaigns
- Transactions (cancellation, reinstatement, policy changes and reissue)
- Participate in a billing phone queue for direct billing inquiries and payments
- Firm understanding of all company billing procedures
- Non-licensed SSK inquiries (ie. pink slips, pay schedules)
- Report on cancellations weekly (ie. identifying cancellations & reasons)
Assist in monitoring the chat for non-licensed inquiries

- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Possesses proficiency in computers skills
- Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service skills
- Interacts with patience, enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism
- 0-1 years working in the insurance industry is preferred
