**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Sell products by providing detailed information and conducting product demonstrations.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and technology sales to effectively assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly to customers.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and improving sales techniques.

Pay: $18.52-$19.65 per hour
