**Position Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Part-time, permanent (25-30 hours per week)
- **Wage**: $22 - $24 per hour

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required
- **Experience**: Some HR, administration, safety, or transportation regulations
- **Assets**: HR and safety admin experience is a plus
- **Language**: English proficiency required
- **Requirements**: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- **Additional skills**: The ability to proactively prioritize tasks to optimize productivity and team performance. Demonstrate attention to detail and consistency in routine operations.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audits of driver logs, equipment files, fuel receipts, and inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and update policies as needed
- Maintain and organize driver and vehicle records
- Assist in training coordination and safety compliance for drivers
- Manage documentation and ensure proper distribution across departments
- Assist with HR administration duties as required
- Provide reports to management on transportation safety and compliance levels
- Data entry and maintenance using the Optic System
- Additional duties as assigned by management
