**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide general HR support and advice covering all aspects of the employee Lifecyle activity.
- Employee relations
- Monitor and support payroll activities
- Support relevant recruitment activities including managing job requisitions, all related screenings, and onboarding.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date employee information through both computerized and manual systems.
- Support and participate in HR projects to assist with the ongoing improvement of the HR function.
- Support engagement and retention efforts.
- Provide general administrative support to the location as needed.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 1 year experience working in a unionized environment or manufacturing/production environment.
