Park Indigo Canada is a leading provider of parking services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations throughout Canada, is currently seeking a Call Center Team Lead to join our team.

As a Call Center Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer service initiatives and, with your dynamic and motivated approach, leading a team of call center agents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and leading a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of customer issues.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve call center operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and foster a positive team environment.
- Assisting in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Maintaining accurate records of team performance, including attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Providing feedback and monitoring team performance.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficient in both French and English languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are considered advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suites, troubleshooting).
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
