Moncton, Canada Rubber Duck Car Wash Full time

**Position: CWA Team Lead - Moncton Region**
**Reports To: Property Manager - Moncton Region**
**Location: On-site at Rubber Duck Car Wash Locations (Moncton)**
**Compensation: $20.00 /hr | Part-time | Approx. 20-30 hours per week**

**Overview**:
Rubber Duck Car Wash is seeking a reliable, honest, and hardworking individual to join our operation as a **CWA Team Lead**. This supervisory role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing a great customer experience, operational excellence, and guiding others. As Team Lead, you’ll support daily operations by working independently and alongside Car Wash Attendants (CWAs) to maintain cleanliness, ensure equipment is functional, and help deliver a consistently high level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience and assist with questions or membership recommendations
- Maintain site cleanliness, including landscaping, garbage removal, and general upkeep
- Ensure all wash bays are clean, sprayed down, and ready for customer use
- Complete and oversee daily checklists using a mobile app
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Accurately prepare and submit end-of-day reports
- Identify and resolve on-site issues independently, with mínimal supervision
- Support Car Wash Attendants as needed and help maintain consistent standards across the site

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently, problem-solve on the spot, and take initiative
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience
- Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with using mobile apps or digital tools for checklists and reporting
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment fixes
- Leadership qualities to help guide CWAs and support operational consistency
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record Check.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours/week)
- Mainly weekdays, however flexibility is required (possible weekends and holidays)
