**What You’ll Do**
**New Product Introductions (NPI)**
- Lead the project management of new product launches for Canada, ensuring timely and market-adapted rollouts.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights, to determine forecasting and pricing.
- Collaborate closely with US Product Management to align launch strategies and conduct regular reviews.
- Act as a cross-functional connector between operations, sales, finance, and packaging teams.
- Own the creation and maintenance of product marketing collateral (literature, presentations, etc).
- Prepare and host monthly newsletter/webinar to communicate product launches internally.
**Product Lifecycle Management**
- Manage the full lifecycle of products, from launch to end-of-life.
- Develop strategies to phase out underperforming products, including customizations and promotions to drive final sales.
- Partner with Sales to recommend product placement, channel strategies, and promotional plans.
- Analyze profitability margins and propose pricing or costing adjustments.
- Gather and integrate feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales to create tools, promotions, and merchandising materials that support sales and align with the Strategic Sales Plan.
**What You’ll Bring**

**Ce que vous ferez**
**Lancement de nouveaux produits (NPI)**
- Diriger la gestion de projet des lancements de nouveaux produits pour le Canada, en veillant à ce que les lancements soient déployés en temps opportun et adaptés au marché.
- Effectuer des études de marché pour identifier les besoins, les tendances et les informations concurrentielles des clients, afin de déterminer les prévisions et les prix.
- Collaborer étroitement avec la gestion des produits aux États-Unis pour aligner les stratégies de lancement et effectuer des examens réguliers.
- Agir comme un connecteur interfonctionnel entre les équipes des opérations, des ventes, des finances et de l'emballage.
- S'occuper de la création et de la maintenance du matériel de marketing des produits (littérature, présentations, etc.).
- Préparer et animer un bulletin d'information mensuel pour communiquer les lancements de produits à l'interne.
**Gestion du cycle de vie des produits**
- Gérez le cycle de vie complet des produits, du lancement à la fin de vie.
- Élaborer des stratégies pour éliminer progressivement les produits sous-performants, y compris des personnalisations et des promotions pour stimuler les ventes finales.
- Associez-vous aux ventes pour recommander le placement de produits, les stratégies de distribution et les plans promotionnels.
- Analyser les marges de rentabilité et proposer des ajustements de prix ou de coûts.
- Recueillir et intégrer la rétroaction pour l'amélioration continue du produit.
- Collaborer avec les ventes pour créer des outils, des promotions et du matériel de marchandisage qui soutiennent les ventes et s'alignent sur le plan stratégique des ventes.
**Ce que vous apporterez**
- Expérience avérée en marketing et en gestion de produits, idéalement dans les biens de consommation ou la fabrication.
- Solides compétences analytiques et sens des affaires.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration interfonctionnelle.
- Expérience avec Oracle ou des systèmes ERP similaires est un atout.
