**Adminstrative Assistant**
We are seeking a Adminstrative Assistant to assist our distribution and sales managers to coordinate distribution and marketing programs with our clients.
We need someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to work with deadlines, chase clients down and get contracts signed and ads in on time. Good communications skills in writing, on the phone and in person are required.
Knowledge of Word and Excel, of Apple products, and any database experience is an asset. We will train the incumbent on the uniqueness of our CRM systems and distribution programs.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks including coordinating deliveries with our distributors.
- Provide exceptional customer services internally and externally with employees and clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and communication.
- Maintain organized databases and assist with creation of proposals as needed.
- Support team members with proofreading and clerical duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a professional office environment.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
