**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software QuickBooks online.
- Payroll processing using 7shifts and Payworks.
- Prepare and assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of account reconciliation processes and financial services is beneficial.
- Experience with Shopify & Payworks is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
