**Job Description**:
What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Personal and Small Business Banking team. You'll be working in a flexible, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in helping your clients achieve their goal of home ownership. As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant, you'll assist the Mortgage Advisor in building their own business. This role operates within a home office environment with the provision of a CIBC laptop.

You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview

How you'll succeed- Client engagement - Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful. Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships. Identify activities, processes and opportunities to improve the client experience.- Business development - Proactively identify business opportunities for your team. Work closely with investment advisors to support business development activities and assist in the building of investment plans based on the client’s profile, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.- Relationship building - Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
