**Jb Descriptin**:
**Brief Overview**:
The Assistant Superintendents rle is t assist the Superintendent in managing all field cnstructin f the Prject.

The Assistant Superintendent is part f the field team respnsible fr all aspects f the Prjects budget, schedule, safety and perfrmance.

**Respnsibilities**:
Wrking with the Site Superintendent and Prject Manager, implements the safety prgram and maintains safety and rec
- rd-keeping requirements. Supervises, directs, caches, trains, and mentrs the prject field team, including direct and indirect rep
- rts. Effectively cmmunicates with CCM team and trades and ensures that perfrmance, pr
- ductivity, quality, and safety requirements are met. Cnsistently cllabrates with Superintendent, Prject Manager, and pr
- ject team. Cnsults and advises Site Superintendent and/r Prject Manager f ptential prblems, w
- rk interferences, schedule difficulties, etc. Liaises with field and prject teams t ensure cnstructin cmplies with drawings and specificati
- ns. Mnitrs and executes the prject cnstructi
- n plan and schedule. Reviews and understands the cntract and subcntracts, including understanding risk and risk mitigati
- n plans. Maintains prject administratin crrespndence and cmplies with dcumentati
- n requirements. Develps and maintains strng custmer fcused relatinships with all stakeh
- lders.

**Qualificatins**:
**Required**:
Pst-secndary schl degree r diplma in a cnstructin related area
- f study. Minimum f five (5) years f direct wrk experience wrking in high-rise / ICI cnstructi
- n. Previus experience verseeing cnstructin wrksites wuld be c
- nsidered an asset. Current and up t date Health & Safety certificati
- ns P
- ssess a valid driver's license. A slid understanding f cnstructin trades and cnstructi
- n techniques. Effectiveness in the areas f cnstructin safety and pr
- ductivity. Knwledge f lcal, prvincial, and federal wrkplace cmpliance regulatins, and legislatin in relatin t the cnstructin industry, specifically high-rise residential / ICI cnstructi
- n. Knwledge f OH&S regulatins and related building c
- des.
