At **The Beauty House,** we focus on maximizing customer experience by providing exceptional customer care at each service layer, starting from the point of contact to the minute the client steps out with their new beautified confidence. Our Team is committed to enhancing Toronto's natural beauty in a high-end beauty boutique environment with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
**Description of Salon Coordinator responsobilities**:
- Warmly greet clients, ensure all necessary consent forms are filled prior to informing assigned technician of their arrival.
- Support clients needs by understanding and providing recommendations when the client is booking an appointment.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and rebooking for future appointments.
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
- Inform clients about new services and discounts.
- Cross-sell services, memberships and products when appropriate.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Organize and keep track of inventory to maintain stock levels.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS system, strong telephone, and internet skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
- High School diploma
**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role is a bonus.
- Ability to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a fast pace environment.
- Goal and results driven.
- Exceptional communication skills in dealing with business and staff needs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of multi-tasking, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge on Timely Booking System is a bonus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
