**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Salon Operations and Client Services Coordinator your primary role is to ensure that every client and stylist enjoys a seamless and extraordinary experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Client Services:

- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcomed and valued.
- Facilitate the booking process, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with finesse.
- Demonstrate active listening and effective communication to anticipate and meet client needs.
- Maintain a meticulously organized and inviting front desk area.

2. Salon Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day salon operations including full cycle management of appointments, coaching team members
- Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure appointments run on schedule.
- Handle POS transactions and process payments accurately.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure well-stocked and presentable salon supplies.
- Oversee online orders, mail orders, and other vendor relationships.

3. Brand Representation:

- Embody the essence of Palm Sunday's brand, reflecting our commitment to creativity, innovation, and luxury.
- Uphold salon standards of professionalism, presentation, and client interaction.
- Promote our products and services, fostering client loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Support full cycle social media processes, including creating content, posting content, assisting others in content creation, taking pictures, videos, etc.

4. Innovation:

- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by proposing enhancements to the client experience and introducing new processes and ideas.
- Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices related to salon reception services, advocating for their implementation.
- Collaborate with the team to implement initiatives that drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in salon software and tools.
- 2 years + experience of customer service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
