**Operations Support**
- Ensure that the vision and strategic focus of the CEO or CCO are translated into the plans within the corporate operations
- Set goals for each line department and ensure performance in each area
- Provide support and resources for Division Managers as necessary
- Manage corporate performance review and training policies and methods
- Responsible for Succession planning at management and supervisory level
- Conduct performance reviews with each Division Manager
- Analyze operational reports and make decisions with respect to operations of the business
- Meet regularly with Division Managers to keep abreast of the problems and issues they are facing
- Provide recommendations to Division/Line Managers as required
- Celebrate and recognize outstanding performers
- Encourage high-involvement management atmosphere
- Compensation planning across division
- Ongoing assessment of the operational strategy, targets, processes and policies in support of the corporate objectives
- Ensure management reporting, information flow and management and business processes are efficient and productive across operations
- Oversee all aspects of JK business (end to end) - Sales, Admin, invoicing, Training & Service
- Manage & maintain all JK inventory assets (including year-end inventory count)
- In Coordination with accounting dept.
- Manage all JK specific invoicing & billing (includes but not limited to progressive billing, maintaining ARR & MRR billing & contracts)
- Work with executive management in creating and maintaining JK sales, marketing & training process playbook
- Provide back-up support to administrative/supervisory staff during emergency leaves, absences, vacations
**Staffing**:
- Reporting staffing and staff-related issues and conflicts
- Discuss staffing, performance and operational needs in each department with reporting managers and supervisors
- Manage Human Resources Strategy and Policy for recruitment, selection, retention and terminations
- Financial analysis as requested by the leadership team, particularly with respect to staffing/payroll
**Job Specifications**:
Education: University degree
Experience: 5years Managerial and/or Operations Management experience
Knowledge/Training:
- computer experience (word processing/data management)
- working knowledge of MS office (Word/Excel)
- typing 60wpm

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
