Busy optometry/vision therapy office currently seeking an enthusiastic caring person to join our team as an Administrator and patient care coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated, outgoing, has strong communication skills, good attention to detail and is willing to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic including but not limited to: checking patients in and out, taking payments, and scheduling follow-ups.
- maintain third party billings and reconciliations, bank deposits
- assist in maintaining vision therapy room and equipment
- respond to and process new patient referrals and coordinate appropriate bookings for their care
- mange the clinic schedule
- Identify and address patient concerns and complaints in an appropriate and timely manner
- Perform additional office support duties as required

Training will be provided for this position.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
