We’re looking for a **Commercial Property Manager** to join our close-knit team and oversee day-to-day operations of our growing portfolio.

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties (shopping malls and plazas).
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management systems, including tenant information and property maintenance logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and manage annual property budgets and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare regular reports on property performance metrics for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in commercial property management (retail experience is an asset).
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel to sites required).
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, lease agreements, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
