**What we are looking for**
We are looking for an
**Alliances Manager** to join our team who will be responsible for nurturing, building and managing the overall relationship and programs of Xerris partners while managing a growing team of Alliance Partners. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Alliance Manager will have previous experience with AWS partner programs and PDMs and will be primarily focused on growing this partnership.
**What you will be doing**:
- Relationship building with key partner stakeholders
- Effectively leveraging AWS resources and funding programs
- Go to market planning and execution in partnership with marketing
- Building channels and alliance partnership with clients
- Manage the AWS partner portals daily
- Communicating with representatives, listening to the need and bringing the opportunities back into the sales team
- Supporting the sales and marketing team on AWS opportunities/funding
- Traveling to clients’ sites as needed to nurture the relationship
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 8+ years of experience in partner sales and/or alliance development
- Direct experience working with AWS consulting and/or technology partners
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Able to acknowledge, embrace, and adapt easily to change
**Nice to Have**:
- Other partner experience eg. Microsoft, Hashicorp, Snowflake
- Previous working experience in a startup environment
