Today, Rebus has grown to include Warehouse Visibility, Intelligent Labor, and Inventory Operations. While the solutions have grown, the focus remains the same: providing exceptional experiences for distribution teams through real-time, intelligent visibility into warehouse operations.
**What to expect**
Reporting to our SVP - Alliances and Strategic Accounts, the SAP Commercial Alliance Lead will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with partners, prospect engagement, and revenue growth. This includes building SAP EWM joint sales pipelines and ensuring our partners successfully sells to the end customer
This is a fully remote position based in Canada or the US.
**Once you join our team, you will**
- Position Longbow as the “go to” partner for supply chain solutions within the scope and industries we focus on
- Develop strategic partnerships with identified alliance partners, and establishing short and long-term growth opportunities with them
- Work out plans to convert leads into new business, revenue, and market share
- Identify and execute new partnerships that lead to potential co-creation
- Work with account executives to engage with partners to identify, develop, and execute innovative partnerships growth opportunities
- Fostering a strong working relationship with partner stakeholders, especially across sales, marketing, and product strategy
- Ensure effective governance and management of our relationships, including periodic alliance partner business and revenue reviews
- Interpret contracts, manage contractual obligations, establish and monitor metrics and milestones, and negotiate changes to contracts and agreements
**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in partner/alliance management, sales management, and/or sales productivity with SAP EWM.
- Account Executive experience a strong plus.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and influence skills.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
- Industry experience in SAP EWM, specifically Consulting Services sales, considered a strong plus.
- Leverage your existing network and strategic relationships with SAP, SAP customers and SAP partners to generate additional revenue streams for SAP EWM implementations.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
