**Position: Financial Customer Service Representative (Biligual)**
**Location: North York**
**Company: Pay2Day Inc. - Franchise Store**

**Role Summary**:
As a Full-time Financial Service Representative (FSR), you will provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions, such as cheque cashing, payday advances and lines of credit. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include sales, customer service, local marketing activities and store security.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cash handling/teller responsibilities
- Opening/closing the branch
- Performing daily calls to remind clients of payment arrangements.
- Reviewing applicants/completing financial risk assessment to determine approvals.
- Responding to client inquiries/Information requests by both in-store and virtual clients
- Collaborate with various departments to maximize profit while focusing on exceptional customer service and sales.
- Focusing on client retention
- Marketing/growing the business.

**Qualifications**:

- A College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish**.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- A team-player attitude with energy and enthusiasm.

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
