Upon completion, you'll be eligible for promotion to positions such as; - _Logistics Coordinator_ - _Dispatcher_ - _Freight Forwarder_ - _Senior Administrative Coordinator_ - _Senior Service Coordinator_ - _Sales & Marketing Coordinator_ - _Account Manager_ **Responsibilities**: - Accurate data entry and management of customer orders - Managing invoicing and billing processes - Providing stellar customer service - Preparing and presenting quotes and pricing - Monitoring service delivery performance - Setting up new accounts with thorough and precise documentation - Maintaining organized records and efficient filing systems - Ensuring timely order tracking and updates to relevant parties You will also have opportunities to assist in project management, contribute to brainstorming sessions, drive our social media presence, and participate in team-building activities. **Our Expectations** - **High Performance**: We expect you to consistently deliver high-quality work and contribute positively to our team dynamics. - **Goal Orientation**: You are driven and motivated by achievement and success. - **Tech Savviness**: You should be comfortable working with various systems, especially Microsoft Office, and exhibit a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel.
