We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to a Project Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator assists in the planning, scheduling, and organization of various aspects of telecommunication projects.Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check. Key Responsibilities Assist with estimating and preparing quotations for various projects and working with clients right through the sales cycle to close opportunities. Assist with managing projects by coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, scheduling activities, organizing logistics and ensuring successful completion. Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. Work with the project manager to review projects regularly and ensure quality standards are met and estimates remain within budget, while ensuring the client’s needs efficiently met. Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process. Assist in preparing close‑out packages according to customer requirements. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in the coordination of mid‑to large‑scale construction projects. Degree in management or working toward PMP designation are a strong asset. Understanding and experience with telecommunications and networking is an asset. Personal Attributes Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills. Very detail oriented and able to problem solve under pressure Customer focused and able to continue great relationships. Previous experience in telecommunications is preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
