**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Entry-Level Truck Dispatcher** to join our growing transportation team in Vancouver, BC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in logistics and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced dispatch environment.

As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks and drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining excellent communication with clients, drivers, and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers for deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers to provide routes, instructions, and updates
- Monitor truck locations using GPS tracking software
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery times, and truck availability
- Address driver and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to manage freight logistics
- Assist with documentation and compliance with transportation regulations
- Report delays, incidents, or issues to supervisors

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics or transportation is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and dispatch software (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in transportation or dispatching is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
