**Corporate Account Sales Representative**

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Account Sales Representative (CASR) to join our team. The CASR will work closely with the Director of Business Development to achieve our revenue and market share goals tied to business travel sales for Red Arrow and Ebus.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Attain assigned sales and revenue goals, including solicitation call goals.
- Research and identify new business accounts, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts specific to Corporate/Business Travel (BT).
- Monitor and evaluate trends within the market segment, including competitor analysis.
- Develop a full working knowledge of business operations, policies, and applicable departments.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a professional brochure/landing page dedicated to corporate accounts’ benefits, along with promoting the benefits and rewards of Red Arrow and Ebus.
- Solicit motorcoach charter businesses, with a focus on sports and conventions.
- Focus on potential clients within Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
- Represent Red Arrow and Ebus at provincial trade shows and events.

**Qualifications**
- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; previous transportation (motorcoach/airline) experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and influencing corporate clients.
- Experience with professional selling skills desired: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
