Join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team as a **Francophone Recruiter**, where you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting outstanding Francophone talent from around the world to work in Canada under the Francophone Mobility Program** We require you to be fluent in both English and French.**

As a key player in our Recruitment Team, you will work collaboratively to implement innovative, results-driven hiring strategies that align with our commitment to diversity and global recruitment initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Talent Pipelines**: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to enhance our hiring strategies.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets, contributing to our collective success and demonstrating a strong commitment to results

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in recruitment and sales, showcasing a strong ability to connect and foster productive relationships.
- **Sourcing Skills**: Proficiency in using sourcing tools, including social networks, job boards, and proactive research methods to identify top talent.
- **Global Perspective**: Familiarity with global talent programs and pathways, such as LMIA and LMIA-exempt, is advantageous.
- **Diversity Champion**: A dedicated commitment to fostering diversity within the workforce is essential.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in French and proficiency in English are mandatory.
