**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Talent Pipelines**: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to enhance our hiring strategies.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets, contributing to our collective success and demonstrating a strong commitment to results

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in recruitment and sales, showcasing a strong ability to connect and foster productive relationships.
- **Sourcing Skills**: Proficiency in using sourcing tools, including social networks, job boards, and proactive research methods to identify top talent.
- **Global Perspective**: Familiarity with global talent programs and pathways, such as LMIA and LMIA-exempt, is advantageous.
- **Diversity Champion**: A dedicated commitment to fostering diversity within the workforce is essential.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in French and proficiency in English are mandatory.
