**We are in search of a Guest Service Agent**

**This a part time position with opportunity for full time hours.**

**JOB OVERVIEW**:The Guest Service Agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, expected to meet the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre high standards of quality and service.

**REPORTS TO**: Guest Service Manager

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Greet guests & provide a warm welcome.
- Be involved in every aspect of our Guest’s experience from check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
- Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs.
- Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Customer Centric approach
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Mandatory Vaccination policy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.55 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (required)
