**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a Guest Service Agent, you will handle various front desk operations, assist guests with their inquiries, and contribute to an outstanding hospitality experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and cancellations using restaurant POS and phone systems.
- Collaborate with events teams and management ensuring all set ups on rooms for events are completed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in guest services or restaurant environments preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in front desk operations, including familiarity with restaurant POS systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple phone lines efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse guest population.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing guest requests.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
