Interested in working for a team of leaders redefining the Hospitality industry. Join us We are on the look out for a Guest Services Supervisor.

The Guest Service Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to Guest Service associates and will lead by example.

The Guest Service Supervisor will report to the Guest Services Manager.

Some of the duties include:

- Coaching and training Guest Services Agents
- Performing Guest Services Agents duties as required including check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
- Create a memorable experience for all guests.
- Oversee Emergency situations and procedures.
- Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Scheduling of front desk staff
- Other duties as assigned.
