**YOUR ROLE**

As part of the Product Management team, the coordinator will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy in PLM (Product lifecycle system) working closely with the Montreal Aldo Product Services (APS) teams and our China Sourcing team.
- Monitors all stages of the development process and enters as well as maintains data in PLM (Product Life Cycle system).
- Responsible for the accuracy of the data, anticipates any potential issues and proactively suggests solutions to the teams.
- Manages all samples that come through the department and communicates all product updates with other departments including final confirmation samples.
- Establishes & builds cross-functional relationships with product management, account management and sourcing team to meet sample deadlines.
- Supports the design team in maintaining material library - both PLM and physical library.
- Supports Product Managers in setting up customer presentations (Physical and virtual).

- Bachelor, College Degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.).
- 0-3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Bilingual French/English with excellent verbal & written English communication skills; this position requires fluency in both French and English as it involves communication with clients and stakeholders across Canada.
