Spectrum Catering provides premium food/beverage service for corporate, social & special event functions. Our kitchen prepares food products catered throughout the GTA.

The schedule is somewhat flexible but day, evening and weekend availability is preferred.

**Kitchen Labour Skills**:

- Preparing inventive entrees
- Prepping fruit and vegetables
- Prepping various side dishes
- Basic baking
- Building sandwiches and salads
- Crafting Hors d'oeuvres
- Kitchen clean-up may include sweeping, cleaning, garbage removal, organizing, deliveries etc..
- Food Handlers Certificate mandatory
- Inventory

**Additional Skills**:

- Oral communication,
- Teamwork, job task planning, and organizing

**Requirements**:

- Valid G license
- Reliable Vehicle

**Own vehicle**
- _Public Transportation is not an option_
- Must Speak/Read/Write in fluent English
- Must be comfortable with long hours and Physical labour
