**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Distribute promotional giveaway items as fans enter & exit MLSE venues
- Help with the placing of giveaways (t-shirts, rally towels) on seats prior to marquee games and promotional nights
- Interact and communicate with fans in a positive and professional manner
- Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries regarding promotional events, promotional items, and general inquiries
- Assist with the execution of the presentation/operational/entertainment elements for up to 75 events per year, at Scotiabank Arena, Coca Cola Coliseum, BMO Field, Real Sports, Maple Leaf Square/Jurassic Park and throughout our community
- Interact with large groups of fans in a positive, confident and professional fashion
- Lend your creative skills to varying presentation elements when required
- Participate in event set ups and tear downs when required
- Willingness to work external partner events when required
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays and playoffs, which could include morning and afternoon shiftsup to 75 shifts per year
- Previous experience with promotions, sales and/or marketing an asset
- Willingness to adapt within the ever-changing sport and event landscape
- Friendly, high-energy, self-motivated, outgoing, and committed team player
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- A winning attitude
